The first day of spring is the spring equinox. “Vernal” and “Equinox” are words in Latin meaning “spring” and “even at night” to understand.
Vernal Equinox is really the same?
The idea is that the first day of spring, there are exactly 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness, but it rarely works that way.
