The Environmentalist and “Crocodile Hunter”-Steve Irwin
Steve Irwin’s Birth:
Stephen Robert (Steve) Irwin, born 22nd February 1962 in Essendon, a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Steve Irwin’s Death:
Steve Irwin died on 4 September 2006, after having stung by a ray while filming in a documentary near the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. Irwin bites, biting in the upper left chest in the form of a cardiac arrest, to kill him almost immediately. His team for emergency medical treatment and tries to recover with CPR, but he was dead in the scene, if the medical team arrived.
Steve Irwin’s Wedding:
Steve Irwin married Terri (Raines) Irwin, 4 June 1992, six months after having completed only if the visit to Australia Zoo, plus a game, holding that Irwin and operated. According to Irwin, it was love at first sight.
The couple spent the honeymoon collection of crocodiles, and the film of this experience was the first episode of Crocodile Hunter, the popular television series documentation, international celebrity.
Steve Irwin’s Children:
Steve and Terri Irwin had two children. His daughter Bindi Sue Irwin, born 24th July 1998. His son, Robert (Bob) Clarence Irwin, born on 1 December 2003.
Irwin was the husband and father. His wife Terri once said in an interview, “The only thing ever to keep the animal, he likes men, he loves even more.”
Steve Irwin’s Early Life:
In 1973, Irwin moved with his parents, naturalist Bob and Lyn Irwin, of Beerwah, Queensland, where the family founded the Queensland Reptile Park and Wildlife. Irwin by his parents to the love of animals and food quickly and began caring for animals in the park.
He received his first python at age 6 and began hunting crocodiles at the age of 9, as his father taught him in the rivers of the night, for reptiles.
Steve Irwin’s career:
As a young man, Steve Irwin, the Government of the Crocodile Relocation Program trapping crocodiles, Strayed near population centers, and transferring them to other suitable sites in the nature or the shooting in the family park.
Later, Irwin was the head of the Australia Zoo, which was the name, he has his family to the game his parents retired in 1991, and resumed business, but it was his film and television of work that celebrates it.
Steve Irwin’s Film and Television work:
The Crocodile Hunter TV series succeeded wild after aeration in over 120 countries and reaches a weekly audience of 200 million viewers at 10 times the population of Australia.
In 2001, Irwin in the film Dr. Doolittle 2 with Eddie Murphy and in 2002 it ranged Stern in his own feature film, The Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course.

Controversies to Steve Irwin:
Irwin has aroused public criticism and media in January 2004, when he has his son in his arms the child and eat raw meat on a crocodile. Irwin and his wife insisted the child was never in danger, but the incident has caused an international outcry. No charge, but Australian police Irwin recommended not to do again.
In June 2004, Irwin has been disrupted because of whales, seals and penguins too close during filming of a documentary in Antarctica. No charge.
Steve Irwin’s Environmental Activities:
Steve Irwin was a life, environmentalists and animal rights activists. He founded Wildlife Warriors Worldwide (formerly Steve Irwin Conservation Foundation), protection and habitat for wildlife, breeding and rescue creates programs for vulnerable species and scientific research, to ensure conservation. He also contributed the International Crocodile Rescue.
Irwin founded the Lyn Irwin Memorial Fund in honor of his mother. All donations go directly to the rail station Bark Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, the natural reserve of 3450 hectares. Irwin also purchased a large part of countries throughout Australia, which only aim at the conservation of wildlife habitat.
And, finally, by its ability to educate and entertain millions of people, Irwin conservation awareness in the world. In the final analysis, perhaps his greatest contribution.
